We are providing you with the tools, support, tips, and tricks that helped us lose over 250lbs together, and has helped so many others change their lives. This isn't just your typical workout plan! We have personally done the work ourselves, and studied the information needed to create a fitness and nutrition experience that WILL produce results!

• Customized Daily Workouts: We've put together a series of fun and challenging workouts that are suitable for beginners. These workouts can be completed at home or in the gym, and are designed to help you burn fat, build muscle and push your limits.

• Nutrition Guidance: Eating a healthy, balanced diet is key to achieving your weight loss goals. Our program includes over 100+ delicious recipes to help you stay fit and focused!

• Community Support: You'll be joining a community of like-minded individuals who are also on a weight loss journey. This community is here to support you, motivate you, and hold you accountable as you work towards your goals.

• In-App Progress Tracking: Track your progress in the same place that you’ll find your workouts, recipes, and the community chat. Keeping it convenient and simple will keep you focused and on track.

• Personal Weekly Check-ins with Coach M and Coach C: You'll have the opportunity to connect with two experienced coaches on a weekly basis. This will allow us to review your workout and movement form, plus, analyze your current eating habits and water intake to provide personalized feedback and keep you on track.
• Personalized Nutrition Calories/Macro Plan: With a customized nutrition plan designed specifically for you, you'll receive guidance on how to balance your calorie and macronutrient intake to support your weight loss journey in a healthy, sustainable way.
• 1:1 In-App Communication: Have questions or need extra support? We've got you!! Throughout the week, you can message your coach directly through the app to receive timely, personalized responses and encouragement to stay motivated.
• Goal Setting: Together, we'll set realistic and achievable goals that align with your weight loss objectives and are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).
