This program ain't no joke. It nothing like the other ones I've tried they really push you. The first 15 minutes had me sweating like I was running on the treadmill lol.... but all in all I really like it I've lost 20lbs so-far I have 0 complaints i even have my mom, my sister and my girlfriend doing it also I would definitely recommend this program. I can't wait to see what they have next 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
