Love, love, LOVE this cookbook! As a working mom sometimes coming up with quick healthy meals is difficult without being repetitive. I literally purchased this cookbook right after work, went shopping for the ingredients for one of the meals and was done cooking by dinner time! Although everything I’ve tried has been a success with my family, my favorite so far is the Sweet Chili Chicken Meatballs. I definitely recommend this cookbook for anyone wanting quick, delicious and healthy options.
